Fulfillment Team Lead
Full Time / In Person
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, hard-working person with project management and fulfillment experience who is ready to bring their enthusiasm and work ethic to a growing company. This is a heavy information and task management role and a light people management role. This person would be responsible for directing our Fulfillment Team staff at Moglea - 1-2 part-time members daily, depending upon order volume. This individual would help manage all incoming wholesale purchase orders, retail orders, customer communication, and all operations of Moglea Fulfillment as a whole, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience in ordering from Moglea. This individual would help with existing and new customer outreach by sharing marketing materials with leads on an ongoing basis. This individual would assist us with customer connection, sales, and lead retrieval at our in-person trade shows. This individual would have an agile growth mindset, eager to take on new tasks or train others as our small business grows and changes. The individual will maintain the aesthetic quality, integrity, and standards of the Moglea line by shipping products that align with Moglea’s design vision.

Fulfillment Team Member
Full Time / In Person
We're seeking a full-time Fulfillment Team Member to join our growing team. The Fulfillment Team helps to pull Moglea products for orders, quality check, pack, and ship products on behalf of our customers. The Fulfillment team acts as order managers, making sure that our orders are properly processed, accurate, billed and shipped to the proper store location. The Fulfillment team works through complex routing guides to stay in compliance with the large distribution centers that we ship to. The Fulfillment team works directly with all of our customers, providing the best possible service to them while maintaining the inspiring and friendly nature of the Moglea brand.

Seasonal Production Team Member
Part-Time / Full Time
We're looking for a full-time team member to join our Production Team. The Seasonal Production Team member role supports three departments - Painting, Pressroom, and Assembly for a 4 month period. This is our entry level production role with an opportunity to transition into a permanent role. We hire year-round for this role.
Applicants should be highly detail-oriented and capable of standing for long periods. Responsibilities in painting include painting products, mixing paints to match colors, documenting projects, maintaining schedules, cleaning, and studio upkeep. Pressroom duties involve preparing paper for painting, cutting paper, operating and setting up printing presses, sorting painted sheets for proper registration, running automatic paper punches, and assisting with padding for bindery. In Assembly, tasks include product quality inspection, packaging, binding, sorting, and assembling products.
